1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph333 Casino ("ph333," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph333.one.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on ph333.one. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph333 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. ph333 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph333 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ph333 will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact ph333 support immediately.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ph333 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph333 Casino accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your ph333 wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within the same business day. ph333 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time are processed on the same business day. ph333 does not charge withdrawal fees.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ph333 Casino complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. ph333 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ph333 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances after providing prior written notice to the registered email address.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph333 Casino offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published on the relevant promotion page. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• ph333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

• Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on ph333.one use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and independently audited.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ph333 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. ph333 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

ph333 reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that it reasonably believes was placed in error, as a result of a software malfunction, or in violation of these Terms. Decisions made by ph333 regarding disputed game outcomes are final, subject to the complaints procedure set out below.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph333.one and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the ph333 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any ph333 software or system.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph333 staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ph333.one solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ph333 content without prior written consent.

10. Privacy

11. Limitation of Liability

• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond ph333's reasonable control, including force majeure events, internet outages, or regulatory actions.

ph333's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

ph333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination for cause, ph333 may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold funds pending investigation. Verified real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any required investigation.

You may close your ph333 account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to ph333's internal complaints procedure by contacting customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

14. Amendments

ph333 Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on ph333.one with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, ph333 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of ph333.one after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using ph333.one and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
